At the moment, we only ship within the UK to keep things fast, reliable, and affordable.
Most of our treasures arrive within 3–5 working days. Some handmade or specialist pieces may take a bit longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Of course! You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Just ensure they’re unused and in their original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, some personal-use items like opened candles, oils, or skincare can’t be returned.
