At The Cosy Cairn, we aim to bring you beautiful, cozy finds with as little wait as possible. Most of our items are delivered in the UK within 2–4 working days, though this may vary slightly depending on the product or supplier.

We work with a mix of trusted UK-based partners, including dropshipping suppliers and affiliate retailers. This means some items may arrive in separate parcels and delivery times can vary slightly depending on the product purchased.

If your order includes affiliate-linked products, you’ll be redirected to a trusted partner’s site to complete your purchase, and their shipping policy will apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy
We hope you’ll love your order from The Cosy Cairn, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Damaged or faulty items: please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.
Change-of-mind returns: you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Refunds are processed once the item has been received and checked.
